Process
A) Identify available pool of pre-screened and
pre-qualified candidates for rapid response (previously contracted through
our firm with similar tasks and positive results). If applicable, proceed

Refer to our diverse internal database pool (with 9 years
history of candidate sourcing, screening and development)
Direct recruiting (Passive Candidates)
Refer to external resources (Alliances, Online job
posting/sourcing and referrals)
B) Pre-screen Candidates. (Required skills set and
experience relevant to assignment)
Obtain a minimum of 3 professional references
Review assignment (Tasks, expectation, environment, time line)
with potential candidate to ensure mutual interest
C) (In person) Interview with A. P. R., Inc.’s hiring
panel. In the event an interview is conducted via teleconference. Alpha
Professionals will inform client
Obtain behavioral and job
related information
Ability to perform assignment to
its completion
Manageable once on the
assignment
D) Perform Reference checks
E) Online Technical Testing
and Certification administered - Confirms candidate’s technical strengths
and potential areas for development.
F) Present top 1 to 3
candidate/s to client (based on entire process evaluation)
