Why A. P. R., Inc.
A. P. R., Inc. is well organized and
experienced in providing staff augmentation services. Our greatest
asset and primary comparative advantage are the management and staff of our
organization. We have a combined seventy-five years industry experience.
This history includes both buy and supply management and staff functions
that require the recruiting / hiring / evaluation of business professionals.
We believe, through this industry exposure, that Alpha Professionals brings
a unique understanding of client demands and a team that will deliver
results beyond the "staffing only" background of our competitors.
Additionally, we recognize the importance and our obligation to ensure a
healthy and productive working relationship.
In
addition to our staffing services, Alpha Professionals provides an outsource
complement to your internal technical requirements. If your company
demands immediate and application product delivery that internal staff and
assets cannot provide, our professionals can plan, develop and deliver
finished product to meet your critical time horizons. Our outsource
services offer solutions for system integration, client-server applications,
web-based development, migration of legacy systems, database
design/implementation and a range of other technology and application
initiatives that can apply to your requirements for financial returns and
timely delivery.
Our account manager policy follows a "classical" model of Management by
Objectives. Account manager is tasked with the responsibility to understand
client requirements, to establish a time-line to completion, determine the
assets needed to produce a positive outcome, work within budget constraints
and meet or exceed financial and quantitative goals.
Account Manager will be tasked with "cradle to grave" responsibility for
the specific hiring requirements for any given demand. From "project set-up"
to "project wrap-up" there will be a single source of contact to provide
candidate supply, evaluation and closure. This includes ongoing reviews of
strength and weaknesses of the provided candidate pool, possible changes in
skills requirements, alternative pricing issues and changes. Only when the
"fill" goals have been met will the project be considered complete.
