Temporary Placements:

  •  We provide a 3-day or 24 billable hours guarantee from start date, if a placed "temporary" candidate is terminated for performance or insubordinate reasons within the guaranteed schedule, applicable fees for hours rendered will be waived

  •  Professional and Personal Reference Checks

  •  Background check (Criminal, DMV, SSN, Employment, Education and Credit, if required)

  •  Lodging, if applicable for interviewing purposes only (hotel and meals)

  •  Transportation, if applicable for interviewing purposes only (Air, ground)

  •  10-Panel Drug Testing, at client request

  •  Orientation

  •  Ongoing performance reviews with each placed candidate and their respective managers throughout the term of their assignment/s.


Full-time Placements:

  •  We provide a 30-day guarantee, if a placed candidate is terminated for any reason within thirty days from start date, the entire placement fee will be waived
